- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Be VERY CAREFUL when dealing with these people. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING and believe nothing they tell you. I had to go get a TENS unit from them. I did not need any training or help. I just needed the unit and they are the dealer. I asked when I first arrived how much the visit would be. They stated that it would be no charge for the visit just a deductible for insurance. I asked because this is not my first go around with this shyster group. AVITA is good at sending bills six months after something and you have know idea for what. I made sure and asked many times about the cost of the visit. You guessed it, I got a bill in March for a visit in December. They lie right to you. Be very careful with these shysters.Now they refuse to do anything about it after they lied to me. If you can go to any other system than AVITA I would do it. Do not deal with them if you do not have to. HEALTH TRAX, AVITA, and HEALTH TRAX Manager Jim Wurm are all shysters, pure rip off artists.January 19, 2017by Marshall Beveridge
